Use this page to diagnose and fix common user-facing problems quickly across login, dashboard visibility, account access, and docs navigation.
Login Loop or Invalid Session
- Sign out and sign back in from the login page.
- Verify the Discord account is correct.
- Retry in an incognito or private browser tab.
Dashboard Missing Data
- Select a server from server selector first.
- Refresh the page after workspace selection.
- Confirm your role can access the requested dashboard.
When to Escalate to Support
- Capture a screenshot and the exact page URL.
- Include server name and approximate time.
- Share details in official support for faster help.
